We keep you informed
Shortly after you place your order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details, including shipping and delivery estimates for each item. Once your item has prepared for shipment and ships, you will receive a Shipment Notification email with carrier and tracking information.
You can visit your account online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to view the most up-to-date status of your order.
If you're shipping your order to someone else, you may want fringe to let them know that something special is on the way. During checkout, simply enter the recipient's email address in the "Email Address (optional)" field of the Shipping module. The email will display product, carrier, and tracking information, but will not include pricing and payment details.
Shipping and delivery estimates
The 'Ships' timeframe is an estimate of when the item will prepare for shipment and ship from our warehouse. The items on your order will ship as they become available.
- Items that ship within "24 hours" are estimated to ship the same or following business day.
- Items with longer estimates ship from our warehouse within the timeframe indicated (e.g., 7-10 business days).
- Special Request items, Imports, or Personalized gifts may take additional time to prepare for shipment, and will increase the 'Ships' timeframe.
The 'Delivers' timeframe is an estimate of when the item will be delivered to your shipping address after it ships. The estimated delivery date depends on the shipping method you choose during checkout.
When you select expedited shipping, your item will take the same amount of time to prepare for shipment ('Ships'), but will expedite the time it takes to deliver to your doorstep ('Delivers').
All estimates are based on business days.

Shipping methods
The fringe media Store offers a variety of shipping methods to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping - Free on all qualifying items, except items that weigh more than 100 pounds or orders under $100. Delivers within 5 business days after shipping. Items shipped via United States Postal Service will deliver within 5 to 7 business days after shipping.
- 2 Day Shipping - Guaranteed delivery within 2 business days after shipping.
- 2-3 Day International Shipping - Guaranteed delivery within 2 to 3 business days after shipping.
- Next Business Day - Guaranteed delivery within 1 business day after shipping. Delivery to some areas in Alaska and Hawaii may take up to 2 business days after shipping.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are fixed no matter how many of something you purchase. You can also see shipping costs on the Order Acknowledgment email and on online Order Status. If you order multiple items, you may receive separate shipments. You will receive a Shipment Notification email for each shipment with the carrier's name and tracking information, if available. Shipping fees for the entire order will be charged when your first item is shipped.
Signature on Delivery
Once your order has prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address.
Most of our shipments contain valuable items, so our carriers are required to obtain a signature upon delivery. However, orders delivered by DHL Global Mail / United States Postal Service do not require a signature.
For a U.S. order that requires a signature on delivery, fringe offers several easy options for you to receive your package. Please note that the carrier makes three delivery attempts before returning your package to us.
Option 1: Pre-sign with fringe
As your items ship, you will receive a Shipment Notification email with carrier and tracking information for each of your shipments. To pre-sign with fringe, please click the "Contact Us” link and request a pre-sign form.
Follow the instructions to print and complete the “Shipment Release Authorization” form and leave it on your door for the carrier prior to 8:00 a.m. the day of expected delivery.
You can designate a preferred delivery location (e.g., front door, back door, immediate neighbor, or building manager). If you designate an address other than the one specified on the package, someone must sign for the package.
If you want to pre-sign for more than one shipment, you need to print, sign, and leave a Shipment Release Authorization for each one.
For safety and security reasons, all deliveries are subject to the driver's discretion.
Option 2: Sign the package
Anyone over the age of eighteen at the designated shipping address can sign for the package.
Option 3: Sign to release your shipment to your address, an immediate neighbor, or a building manager
If you do not pre-sign for your package through Apple and you are not available for delivery, the carrier leaves a Delivery Notice on your door after the first delivery attempt. Our carrier attempts delivery three times before returning your package to Apple.
If you will not be available for one of the delivery attempts, sign the Delivery Notice and leave it on your door prior to the next delivery attempt.

Option 4: Pickup package at carrier’s local office
After the first delivery attempt, you can request to pick up your package at our carrier’s local facility. Call the number on the carrier's Delivery Notice and inform the carrier that you want to pick up your package in person.
To pickup your shipment, you'll need the Delivery Notice and both of the following IDs:
- A government-issued ID (e.g., driver's license, passport, residency card) that matches the name and address on the package
- A second ID with your name on it (e.g., credit card, social security card)
The carrier can release the package only to the person designated in the shipping address.
Shipping Restrictions
Shopping in the U.S.
The fringe media Online Store ships items within the 50 United States and worldwide. No shipments can be made to PO Box addresses.
The fringe media Online Store does not support shipping items in a single order to multiple shipping addresses. To ship items to an additional address, please place a new order at gofringe.com
Shopping outside the U.S.
If you would like to purchase fringe products from outside the U.S. please be aware of customs laws and restrictions in your country prior to ordering with us. We will not be responsible for duties or fines imposed for items that we sell.
Shopping for friends and family who reside outside of the U.S.
Would you like to buy a gift for a friend or family member residing in a different country? We have no problem doing this, but we do require a copies of:
~a valid, government-issued ID
~Front & Back of the Credit card
~signed fringe signature form authorizing the transaction
Problems With Your Shipment
Shipping refunds
If you paid for expedited shipping and did not receive your package on time, please contact us with proof of delivery, and we will gladly issue you a store credit for the full shipping amount.
Incorrect or damaged items
If you received the wrong product or it was damaged during shipping, please let us know immediately and take pictures of the item(s) and packaging as they arrived.
