Backorders

Products will normally ship within 24 hours of receipt of your order. Any product that cannot ship in that timeframe will be placed on backorder, and you will receive notice by phone or e-mail of the anticipated ship date. Backorders will be filled as product becomes available. You may cancel backorders at no charge within 2 business days of notification of estimated delivery date. Within 2 days, you will be charged a fee of up to $25. 

Your credit card will never be charged for any product until that product is ready to be shipped.

Sales Tax

Shipments within Oklahoma will pay a 8.517% OK State sales tax. Exempt in state sales must be placed by phone or fax and must provide proof of exemption.

Special Orders, Limited Stock and Closeout Items

Many of our catalog pieces are one-of -a-kind or limited edition pieces and necessarily subject to prior sale. We will notify you within 24 hours if your purchase is ready to ship in 1-4 days. If the item is not available, we will automatically issue a full refund. These Items are non-refundable, but you may exchange them for another item is they are new and unused with the original packaging in tact.
